Sandra DeConza, PA-C, MS, is a board-certified physician assistant seeing patients at North Atlanta Primary Care in Canton, Georgia.

Sandra was born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island, New York. She earned both her Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College, graduating Cum Laude. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Associates (NCCPA) and maintains active membership in the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA).

Sandra specializes in chronic disease management, helping patients effectively manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. She also provides mental health services, addressing anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders with compassion and expertise. Sandra also offers expert care for migraine sufferers, weight management programs tailored to individual patient goals, and comprehensive women's health services, including Pap smears. She provides care for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors ages 5 and older and is now offering sports physicals for young athletes.

Outside of medicine, Sandra is passionate about traveling and exploring new destinations with her family. She treasures spending time with her husband John, her children Melissa and Joseph, her daughter-in-law Amanda, and her four beloved grandchildren: Amaya, Avianna, Dinelson, and Lily. Sandra also enjoys reading and gathering with friends, finding balance and joy in the relationships that matter most.
