Lauren "Chelsie" Cummings, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner seeing patients at Dalton Primary Care in Dalton, Georgia alongside Dr. John S. Antalis.

Chelisie was born and raised in Dalton and earned her BSN from Dalton State College. She then went on to ear her MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner from South University. Chelsie is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American Nurses Association.

Chelsie enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her husband and stepson.
