Kim Crook, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner seeing patients at Southeast Medical Group in Butler, Georgia.

Kim has been practicing medicine for over 10 years, with a background in family medicine and orthopaedics. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, before then earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana. Kim holds her national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
