Katrina M. Jordan, AGPCNP-C, is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Southeast Medical Group, Westside, located in Macon, Georgia. Katrina is dedicated to promoting wellness and managing a wide range of adult health concerns.

A proud native of Macon, Georgia, Katrina began her nursing education at Macon State College, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Nursing. She went on to complete her master’s degree at Chamberlain University, becoming certified as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Katrina brings both skill and warmth to her practice, welcoming patients aged 18 and older. She is a member of Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and community engagement.

Outside of her clinical work, Katrina enjoys traveling, cooking, dancing, and spending quality time with her family. She cherishes the support of her husband, children, mother, sister, and granddaughter, who inspire her daily dedication to patient care.
