Katrina M. Jordan, AGPCNP-C, is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Southeast Medical Group, Westside, located in Macon, Georgia. Katrina is dedicated to promoting wellness and managing a wide range of adult health concerns.
A proud native of Macon, Georgia, Katrina began her nursing education at Macon State College, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Nursing. She went on to complete her master’s degree at Chamberlain University, becoming certified as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
