Jennifer Collier, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner serving patients at Central Georgia Primary Care in East Dublin, Georgia.

Jennifer was born in the city of Louisiana, Missouri, and raised in Sandersville, Georgia. Jennifer earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Darton College in Albany, Georgia, before pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Jennifer was honored with the Best Place to Care Award from Advocate Health in 2025, recognizing her exceptional dedication to patient care and clinical excellence.

Jennifer specializes in chronic care management, helping patients effectively manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. Jennifer also offers personalized weight management programs tailored to individual patient goals and needs, as well as comprehensive women's health services, including Pap smears. She provides care for adolescents, adults, and seniors ages 16 and older.

Outside of medicine, Jennifer enjoys reading, swimming, and traveling to explore new destinations. Most importantly, she treasures spending time with her husband, her daughters, and her moms, who provide love and support in all aspects of her life.
