Jasmine R. Phan, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner currently seeing patients at North Atlanta Primary Care's Lawrenceville clinic.

Jasmine was born in the Philippines and raised in Georgia. She attended Georgia State University for her undergraduate, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy. She then attended Mercer University where she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. She is part of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Jasmine’s medical interests include general family medicine, general internal medicine, women's health, and pediatrics. She currently welcomes patients of any age.

Jasmine loves to spend time with her husband and her young son. She is very active and enjoys kickboxing in her spare time.
