Hye Sun (Hannah) Lee, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner currently seeing patients at North Atlanta Primary Care’s Johns Creek clinic.

Hannah was born in Korea and attended college in Georgia at Valdosta State University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She attended graduate school there, earning her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. Hannah is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Hannah’s medical interest is preventative care, with a goal of improving her patients’ overall well-being. She currently welcomes patients ages 2 and older.

Hannah loves the outdoors and enjoys bike riding and hiking in her spare time.
