Dr. Terence Moraczewski is a board-certified family medicine physician and sees patients at North Atlanta Primary Care in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Dr. Moraczewski joined North Atlanta Primary Care in 1998 and welcomes new patients ages 30 and older. He was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana, and earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Notre Dame (ND). He attended graduate school at the Indiana School of Optometry. He completed his medical training at the American University School of Medicine and graduated with honors. He completed his residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Moraczewski served as Chief Resident at St. John Hospital and Medical Center during his final year of residency training.
