About Dr. Terence Moraczewski, MD

Dr. Terence Moraczewski is a board-certified family medicine physician and sees patients at our Alpharetta location. He joined Southeast Medical Group in 1998 and welcomes new patients ages 8 and older. Dr. Moraczewski was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana, and earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Notre Dame (ND). He attended graduate school at the Indiana School of Optometry. Dr. Moraczewski completed his medical training at the American University School of Medicine and graduated with honors. He completed his residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He served as Chief Resident at St. John Hospital and Medical Center during his final year of residency training.
