Dr. Raymond McKoy, DO, is a board-certified osteopathic physician serving patients at Southeast Medical Group at LaFayette, Georgia.

Dr. McKoy was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised across Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Dr. McKoy earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Allegheny College and Arcadia University before earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). He completed his residency training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania. Dr. McKoy is a member of the Emory Healthcare Network, the American Osteopathic Association, and the Medical Association of Georgia. He has been nominated for Best Docs of Northwest Georgia, serves as Medical Director of Health Initiatives for Men (HIMS), has served as a board member of Compass Physicians IPA and Physicians First Health Network, and is a lecturer for the Men's Health Network.

Dr. McKoy is a primary care physician with special interests in behavioral health, chronic disease management, men's health, weight management, and comprehensive wellness care. He performs a wide range of specialized procedures, including osteopathic manipulation, myofascial release, joint injections, trigger point injections, laceration repair, abscess drainage, and cryotherapy for skin lesions. Dr. McKoy provides care for patients ages 10 and older, with a focus on preventive medicine and whole-person wellness. Dr. McKoy is also fluent in Spanish.

Outside of medicine, Dr. McKoy is passionate about tennis, traveling, and serving as a medical missionary in Mexico, Central America, and South America, bringing healthcare to underserved communities around the world. He treasures spending time with his children and grandchildren, who inspire his lifelong dedication to compassionate, community-centered care.
