Positive Experience with Dr. Williams at North Atlanta Primary Care Physicians

I have used Dr. Williams at North Atlanta Primary Care Physicians for years. The staff is always polite, attentive, compassionate, and understanding as is Dr. Williams. They do a thorough job of figuring out your health care needs and making sure you are referred to a specialist if you require care beyond their limits. This is the first doctors office that I don’t feel anxious before going and I always leave laughing and in a good mood.

Mixed Experiences at the Clinic

I have been coming here for many years and I love Amanda, Dr. Williams and Desa. They are all in it for the right reasons! However, the past few times, the front desk faces have changed and they have not been friendly. Most times I get the feeling that they really do not want to be there and it is not very professional, nor HIPPA compliant to be sitting in the waiting room hearing certain ones talk about other patients and the problems that had with those patients. I just feel that as soon as a patient enters the waiting room they should be greeted by the friendliest, warmest and caring person.
