Dr. Ashley J. Absolu, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician seeing patients at Southeast Medical Group's Fayetteville clinic.

Dr. Absolu is from Florida. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a degree in exercise physiology before earning her medical degree from Florida State College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Morehouse School of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident for 2024–2025. She is an active member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, Georgia Academy of Family Physicians, and the Obesity Medicine Association. Dr. Absolu is fluent in Haitian Creole.

Dr. Absolu has special medical interests in chronic disease management, including diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, as well as preventive care and minor office procedures such as Pap smears, suturing, contraceptive implant and IUD insertion/removal, and joint injections. She also offers colposcopy and manages a wide range of primary care needs. Dr. Absolu welcomes patients ages 18 and older.

Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Absolu enjoys exploring her creativity through at-home DIY projects, cooking, baking, and makeup artistry. She loves trying new restaurants, traveling the world, and making memories with her husband, daughter, and extended family.
