About Dr. Anayo Umerah, MD

Dr. Anayo Umerah, MD, FAAFP, is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds fellowship status with both the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Anti-aging and Aesthetics Medicine (A4M). Dr. Umerah welcomes patients at Houston Primary Care in Warner Robins, Georgia. Dr. Anayo began her medical journey in Nigeria, progressing from high school to medical school on academic scholarship. Graduating at the top of her class in 1989, she then pursued her postgraduate training in family medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to aesthetics, anti-aging, and women’s health. Before founding the Women’s Health Institute alongside her husband, Dr. Emeka Umerah, Dr. Anayo served as Medical Director and adjunct clinical faculty with the University of Pittsburgh (UPMC-Mercy) department of Family Medicine. She also held the position of site medical director at Health Associates East in Pittsburgh, a prominent private family practice group, before eventually relocating to Macon, GA.As President and CEO of Ageless Aesthetics in Macon and Warner Robins, Dr. Anayo brings a fervent dedication to enhancing the beauty of the feminine face and body through the advancements of science and aesthetic medicine. She finds inspiration in her three beautiful children and indulges her passions for dancing, golf, and cooking in her spare time.
