Chanel Johnson Adams, NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner serving patients at North Atlanta Primary Care in Cumming.

Chanel was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and grew up in Nashville, Tennessee. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University before pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing at South College. Chanel maintains active membership in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Chanel specializes in chronic disease management, helping patients effectively manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. She provides expert care for migraine sufferers, offering both preventive strategies and acute treatment options. Chanel also offers weight management programs tailored to individual patient goals and needs, as well as comprehensive women's health services, including Pap smears and Nexplanon insertions and removals. She provides care for children ages 2 and up, adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Outside of medicine, Chanel prioritizes balance and self-care by relaxing with her dogs and spending quality time with her husband. She is an active member of the CrossFit community, where she maintains her physical fitness and builds meaningful connections. Chanel cherishes quality time with her nieces and nephews.
