About Brently Madaris, FNP-C
Brently "Brent" Todd Madaris, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing comprehensive primary care services at Southeast Medical Group in LaFayette, Georgia.
Brent was born in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, and was raised in Ringgold, Georgia. Brently earned his Associate of Science in Physical Therapy and Associate of Science in Nursing from Dalton College, followed by his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Georgia College. He went on to earn his Master of Nursing from Emory University in Atlanta. Brent is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and brings over 30 years of clinical experience to his practice. His extensive background in both physical therapy and nursing provides him with a unique, holistic perspective on patient care and rehabilitation.
At Southeast Medical Group's LaFayette clinic, Brent provides comprehensive care for school-aged children, adolescents, adults, and seniors ages 12 and older, with a primary focus on the adult population. He offers a full range of primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment. Brent performs mandatory firefighter physicals and is very involved in the North Georgia firefighter community.
Outside of medicine, Brent serves as pastor of New Haven Baptist Church in Summerville, Georgia, where he leads with the same dedication and compassion he brings to his patients. He is the founder and director of Hometown Hope Ministries and Ministry Medicine International, organizations focused on church revitalization and providing medical care to underserved communities. Brent enjoys reading and writing, and he treasures spending time with his wife and their children. His commitment to service, both in healthcare and ministry, reflects his lifelong dedication to improving the lives of others.
