About Dr. Prasad
Dr. Prasad completed her medical education at Sri Venkateswara Medical College (SVMC) in Tirupati, India. She completed her residency training at Mount Vernon Hospital in New York. Her clinical interests include physical exams, skin procedures, and intra-articular joint injections. Her practice, South Georgia Internal Medicine, has proudly served Swainsboro and southeast Georgia for many years.
Dr. Prasad Joins SEMG
Dr. Prasad and her team joined Southeast Medical Group in the late summer of 2024. Their partnership allows for collaboration with several other clinics across southeast Georgia and eases access to new diagnostic services, improved payor relations, and much more.
South Georgia Internal Medicine operates Monday through Friday, with three board-certified primary care providers available to treat the Swainsboro area and beyond.
