Southeast Medical Group is proud to be a yearly supporter of Trot to Clot by Hemophilia of Georgia!

This year's 5K saw hundreds of people trot in support of those affected by hemophilia, despite the rain.

Southeast Medical Group participated as Team Lucas/ SEMG, in support of NAPC Alpharetta's Dr. David Hall's grandson, Lucas, who is living with hemophilia. This year's striking blue t-shirts were inspired by the Hall's love for the University of Kentucky, and that this year's 5K fell on Kentucky Derby Day.

Team Lucas/ SEMG's 43 members donated the most of any participating team this year, with over $12,000 raised to benefit Camp Wannaklot, a fun and educational Georgia camp for children and teenagers who have hemophilia or other bleeding disorders.

Overall, Trotters this year were able to raise over $100,000 to support Hemophilia of Georgia's youth and family programming.

SEMG sends a big thank you to everyone who was able to join a team and/or donate to this wonderful cause.

To continue raising support for Hemophilia of Georgia's youth and family programs, they will be keeping their event page open until the end of June to get closer to the overall fundraising goal of $150,000. To donate, please click HERE.
