Positive Experience with New Primary Care and Staff

I change primary cares because I moved too far away from my previous one and I am so happy and feel well cared for. The front staff is so nice and inviting. The office was beautiful that matters to me. My medical assistant Lynne’s was Great and so was Dr. Grimsley!

Excellent Annual Physical Experience

I went today for my annual physical, and I had an awesome experience. The receptionist (whose name has escaped me, even though she told me) was so sweet. Lynnae and Leekieshia were fantastic, they were both very personable and laid back, but were clear and concise about my medical history and care. The phlebotomist (again, so sorry, I forgot her name but she definitely told me!) was awesome, she and I chatted about our families and the weekend and laughed while she prepped and took my blood, and it made that experience so smooth. 10/10, I am so happy I’ve found them for my primary.

Medical assistant Lynnae is so friendly and attentive! Great start to my appointment. I am always at ease during my visits with NP Grimsley. She is open to hearing my concerns and answering my questions.
