Impressive Bedside Manner and Thoroughness by Ms. Kay Oliver
Ms. Kay Oliver is the newest addition to the Braselton location and I am thoroughly impressed with her bedside manner and thoroughness of explaining her diagnosis and what options are available. She makes you feel heard and makes sure you understood what the plan of care is moving forward and makes sure you have a voice in what treatment plan you think is best for you. Definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a good primary care for longevity.
Amazing Experience with New NP Kay and Pleasant Staff
The NP that just started (Kay) working there is AMAZING!!! She was kind, relatable, and very positive and encouraging. She made me want to come back and stay a patient of this practice. The other staff and nurses are always pleasant.
