Joan is from Ringgold, Georgia. She graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with her Masters of Science in Nursing. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to obtaining her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Joan worked as a Registered Nurse in Cardiac ICU and a Pacemaker/Defibrillator clinic.
