Southeast Medical Group is prepared for the flu season with vaccines, diagnostic tests, and treatment options. We strongly encourage following yearly and scheduled vaccinations. The flu shot is an extremely important vaccine that protects patients against hospitalizations and severe symptoms due to the influenza virus. We have regular flu shots as well as high dose flu shots for those immunocompromised and over 65 years old.

*During the flu season, patients with compromised immune systems or over 65 are at a higher risk of getting pneumonia. Therefore, the pneumococcal vaccine is highly recommended and available for anyone over the age of 18. For more information, any of our board-certified providers can answer any questions you may have. Furthermore, with the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, we also provide COVID-19 vaccines as well as testing and treatment plans for symptomatic patients. Call your local clinic for more information.
